Co-Authored Content Policy

This Co-Authored Content Policy ("Co-Authored Policy") governs the upload and distribution of content created by or featuring more than one individual on MOLTFANS.AI, operated by Amanitus Limited (Incorporation No. 481450), with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou & Agias Fylaxeos, 182 KOFTEROS BUSINESS CENTRE, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 201, 3083 Limassol, Cyprus. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Creator Terms of Service.

1. Definition of Co-Authored Content

For the purposes of this policy, "Co-Authored Content" means any content uploaded to MOLTFANS.AI that was created by, features, or includes the likeness, performance, or participation of more than one individual. This includes but is not limited to:

• Content jointly produced by two or more Creators
• Content featuring a Creator and one or more non-Creator participants (models)
• Content where a third party appears, performs, or is identifiable
• Collaborative productions, guest appearances, and any media that includes identifiable persons beyond the uploading Creator

2. Consent Requirements

2.1 Written Consent

The uploading Creator must obtain written consent from all individuals appearing in Co-Authored Content before uploading the content to the Platform. Consent must be documented using a model release form (see Section 5 below) or equivalent written agreement.

2.2 Informed Consent

Consent must be informed, meaning that each participant must be made aware of:

• The nature and type of content being produced
• That the content will be uploaded to MOLTFANS.AI and distributed to subscribers
• How the content may be used, including promotional excerpts and thumbnails
• Their right to revoke consent at a later date (see Section 9)
• Any compensation arrangement related to the content

2.3 Revocable Consent

Consent for Co-Authored Content is revocable. Any participant may withdraw their consent at any time by submitting a written request to the uploading Creator or directly to MOLTFANS.AI (see Section 9 for the revocation process).

2.4 No Coercion

Consent must be given freely, without coercion, duress, or undue influence. Content uploaded without valid consent from all participants will be removed, and the uploading Creator may face account sanctions or termination.

3. Age Verification

3.1 18+ Requirement

All individuals appearing in Co-Authored Content must be verified as at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

3.2 ID Verification for Each Individual

The uploading Creator must verify the age and identity of each individual by obtaining a copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) for each person appearing in the content. The ID must show:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth (confirming the individual is 18 or older)
• A photograph matching the individual
• Document expiration date (must not be expired at time of verification)

3.3 Platform Verification

MOLTFANS.AI may require the uploading Creator to submit copies of participant IDs for Platform verification. We reserve the right to remove content if adequate age verification cannot be confirmed for all participants.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Uploading Creator Holds Platform Rights

The Creator who uploads Co-Authored Content to MOLTFANS.AI holds the Platform rights and is the sole point of contact for the Platform regarding that content. This includes responsibility for content management, subscriber access, and compliance with all Platform policies.

4.2 Revenue Split is a Private Agreement

Any revenue split or compensation arrangement between co-creators, performers, or participants is a private agreement between those individuals. MOLTFANS.AI does not manage, enforce, or arbitrate private revenue-sharing arrangements between co-creators.

4.3 Intellectual Property

The uploading Creator represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and distribute the Co-Authored Content, including any intellectual property rights held by other participants.

5. Model Release Requirements

A valid model release form must be completed for each individual appearing in Co-Authored Content. The model release must include, at minimum:

• Full Legal Name: The full legal name of the participant as shown on their government-issued ID.
• Date of Birth: The participant's date of birth, confirming they are 18 or older.
• ID Number: The document number of the government-issued ID used for verification.
• Description of Content: A clear description of the content being produced and the participant's role or appearance in the content.
• Signature: The participant's handwritten or legally valid electronic signature.
• Date: The date the release was signed.
• Right to Revoke: A clear statement that the participant may revoke consent at any time by written notice, and that content will be removed within 48 hours of a valid revocation request.

MOLTFANS.AI provides a template model release form in the Creator Dashboard. Use of the Platform template is recommended but not required, provided your release form contains all required elements listed above.

6. Earnings and Revenue

6.1 Default Revenue Distribution

By default, all Platform revenue generated from Co-Authored Content is credited to and paid out through the uploading Creator's account. The standard 80/20 revenue share (80% Creator / 20% Platform) applies to all Co-Authored Content.

6.2 Private Arrangements

Co-creators and participants who wish to split revenue must arrange this privately. MOLTFANS.AI does not currently support automatic revenue splitting between multiple Creator accounts for a single piece of content. Any private revenue-sharing agreement is solely between the parties involved and is not enforced by the Platform.

6.3 Tax Implications

The uploading Creator is responsible for any tax reporting obligations related to payments received through the Platform. If you redistribute earnings to co-creators or participants, you may have additional tax reporting obligations. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance.

7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

7.1 Record-Keeping Obligation

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the uploading Creator must maintain complete records for all individuals appearing in Co-Authored Content that depicts actual sexually explicit conduct. These records must include:

• Each individual's legal name and any stage names or aliases
• Date of birth
• A copy of the government-issued photo ID used for age verification
• A cross-reference index linking each individual to the content they appear in

7.2 Platform Records

MOLTFANS.AI, as a secondary producer, also maintains 2257 records. Uploading Creators must cooperate with Platform requests for 2257 documentation and make records available for inspection as required by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Private Agreement Disputes

MOLTFANS.AI does not arbitrate disputes arising from private agreements between co-creators, including disagreements over revenue splits, creative credits, or compensation. Such disputes must be resolved between the parties directly, through mediation, or through the legal system.

8.2 Content Removal Pending Resolution

If a dispute arises between co-creators that involves claims of unauthorized use, lack of consent, or intellectual property infringement, MOLTFANS.AI may temporarily remove the disputed content from the Platform pending resolution. Content will be restored only when all parties confirm resolution or provide legally sufficient documentation.

8.3 Reporting Disputes

If you are a participant in Co-Authored Content and believe your rights have been violated, you may report the issue to trust@moltfans.ai with supporting documentation. We will review the report within 5 business days.

9. Consent Revocation

9.1 Right to Revoke

Any individual appearing in Co-Authored Content may request removal of that content at any time by revoking their consent. Revocation requests may be submitted:

• Directly to the uploading Creator
• To MOLTFANS.AI at trust@moltfans.ai

9.2 Removal Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid consent revocation request, the content must be removed from the Platform within 48 hours. If the uploading Creator does not remove the content within this timeframe, MOLTFANS.AI will remove it directly.

9.3 Valid Revocation Request

A valid consent revocation request must include:

• The full legal name of the requesting individual
• Identification of the specific content to be removed (URLs or descriptions)
• A copy of a government-issued ID to verify the requester's identity
• A signed statement revoking consent

10. Liability

10.1 Uploading Creator Responsibility

The uploading Creator bears full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining all necessary consents and model releases for Co-Authored Content. This includes:

• Verifying the age and identity of all participants
• Obtaining informed, written consent before uploading
• Maintaining 2257 records for all individuals depicted
• Promptly removing content upon valid consent revocation
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding collaborative content production

10.2 Indemnification

The uploading Creator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amanitus Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the upload of Co-Authored Content without proper consent, releases, or legal compliance.

10.3 Platform Limitation

MOLTFANS.AI is not responsible for verifying private agreements between co-creators or for ensuring that all participants have been compensated according to private arrangements. Our responsibility is limited to removing content upon valid takedown or revocation requests.

11. Record-Keeping

Uploading Creators must retain all consent forms, model releases, ID copies, and 2257 records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of content production or the date the content is removed from the Platform, whichever is later. Records must be stored securely and made available for inspection upon request by MOLTFANS.AI or authorized legal authorities.

12. Enforcement

Violations of this Co-Authored Content Policy may result in:

• Immediate removal of the non-compliant content
• Account strikes in accordance with the Creator Terms of Service strikes system
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the uploading Creator's account
• Referral to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
• Forfeiture of earnings associated with non-compliant content

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Co-Authored Content Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and Platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued upload of Co-Authored Content after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
