Referral & Affiliate Program Policy

This Referral & Affiliate Program Policy ("Referral Policy") governs the referral and affiliate programs offered by Amanitus Limited (Incorporation No. 481450), operating as MOLTFANS.AI. By participating in any referral or affiliate program, you agree to be bound by this Referral Policy, our Creator Terms of Service, and our general Terms & Conditions.

1. Referral Program

1.1 Overview

The MOLTFANS.AI Referral Program allows eligible Creators to earn commissions by referring new Creators to the Platform. When a referred Creator joins and begins earning, the referring Creator receives a percentage of the referred Creator's net earnings for a specified period.

1.2 Commission Rate

Referring Creators earn a 5% base commission on the net earnings of each Creator they successfully refer. Participants in the Ambassador Program may earn a higher rate. This commission is paid from the Platform's 20% share and does not reduce the referred Creator's 80% earnings.

1.3 Commission Duration

Referral commissions are earned for a period of 12 months from the date the referred Creator's account is activated. After 12 months, the referral relationship expires and no further commissions are earned on that referral.

1.4 Unique Referral Links

Each eligible Creator is assigned a unique referral link and referral code through their Creator Dashboard. Referrals are only tracked and credited when the referred Creator registers using your unique link or code.

1.5 Tracking via Cookies

When a prospective Creator clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser with a 30-day window. If the prospective Creator completes registration within the cookie window, the referral is attributed to you.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Creator Account: You must have an active Creator account on MOLTFANS.AI in good standing (no active strikes or suspensions).
• Verified Identity: You must have completed the Platform's KYC identity verification process.
• Policy Compliance: You must be in compliance with all Platform policies, including the Creator Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• No Prior Violations: You must not have been previously removed from the Referral Program for policy violations.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Calculation

Creator referral commissions are calculated at a base rate of 5% of the net earnings of each referred Creator (Ambassador Program participants may earn a higher rate). Net earnings are defined as the referred Creator's gross revenue minus the Platform's 20% fee, as described in our Creator Earnings & Payouts Policy. This commission is funded by the Platform and does not reduce the referred Creator's payout.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Referral commissions are calculated as eligible transactions occur and credited to your account balance. Commissions are subject to the same payout schedule and minimum threshold as regular Creator earnings.

3.3 No Annual Cap

There is no annual cap on referral commissions. You may earn unlimited commissions subject to the 12-month commission duration per referred Creator and compliance with this Referral Policy.

3.4 Multiple Referrals

There is no limit on the number of Creators you may refer, subject to compliance with this Referral Policy.

4. Affiliate Program

4.1 Automatic Enrollment

Every registered user on MOLTFANS.AI is automatically enrolled as an affiliate. Upon registration, each user receives a unique referral link and referral code. No separate application is required.

4.2 Per-Creator Commission Rates

Each Creator on the Platform sets their own affiliate commission rate, ranging from 0% to 50% of their net earnings (the Creator's 80% share after the Platform's 20% fee). When a referred fan makes their first purchase at a specific Creator, the Creator's current commission rate is locked in for that affiliate-Creator pair. This "grandfathered" rate remains in effect for the duration of the agreement, even if the Creator subsequently changes their rate for new affiliates.

4.3 Agreement Duration

Each affiliate-Creator agreement has a duration set by the Creator (between 12 and 36 months). After the agreement expires, no further affiliate commissions are earned on purchases at that Creator. The duration is locked in at the time the agreement is created.

4.4 Commission Source

Affiliate commissions are deducted from the Creator's net earnings (the 80% share), not from the Platform's 20% fee. This means that the affiliate commission reduces the Creator's payout proportionally.

5. Tracking and Attribution

5.1 Cookie Window

Referral attribution uses a 30-day cookie window. If a prospective Creator clicks your referral link but does not register within 30 days, the referral attribution expires.

5.2 Last-Click Attribution

MOLTFANS.AI uses a last-click attribution model. If a prospective Creator clicks multiple referral links from different referrers, the commission is attributed to the referrer whose link was clicked most recently before registration.

5.3 Attribution Disputes

If you believe a referral was not properly attributed, you may submit a dispute by emailing referrals@moltfans.ai with the referred Creator's username and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days.

6. Payment Terms

Referral and affiliate commissions follow the same payout procedures as regular Creator earnings:

• Commissions are added to your Creator earnings balance and paid out on the same bi-weekly schedule.
• The same minimum payout threshold ($20.00 USD) applies to combined earnings and commissions.
• All supported payout methods (bank transfer, international wire, cryptocurrency) are available for commission payments.
• Tax obligations on referral and affiliate income are the Creator's sole responsibility.

7. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spam: Distributing referral links via unsolicited bulk email, SMS, social media spam, or any other form of spam. Referral promotion must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
• Misleading Claims: Making false, exaggerated, or misleading representations about MOLTFANS.AI, Creator earnings potential, or the Referral Program to induce sign-ups.
• Self-Referrals: Creating additional accounts to refer yourself, or referring individuals you control or who are acting on your behalf solely to generate commissions.
• Cookie Stuffing: Using iframes, pop-ups, scripts, or other technical means to set referral cookies without the user's genuine click or knowledge.
• Trademark Bidding: Bidding on MOLTFANS.AI branded keywords (including misspellings and variations) in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) without prior written authorization.
• Incentivized Sign-Ups: Offering cash, gifts, or other incentives to prospective Creators in exchange for signing up through your referral link, unless specifically authorized.

8. Disclosure Requirements

8.1 Referral Relationship Disclosure

When promoting MOLTFANS.AI using your referral link, you must clearly disclose the referral relationship to your audience. This disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and placed in close proximity to the referral link.

8.2 FTC Compliance

If you are subject to the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides or similar regulations in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for full compliance with those requirements, including proper disclosure of material connections. Example disclosures include: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link" or "Referral link — I may earn a commission."

9. Program Modifications

MOLTFANS.AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program or Affiliate Program, in whole or in part, at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before material changes take effect (including changes to commission rates, duration, or caps). Notice will be provided via email and Platform notification.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination for Fraud

MOLTFANS.AI may terminate your participation in the Referral Program or Affiliate Program immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have engaged in fraud, manipulation, or any prohibited practice described in Section 7.

10.2 Termination with Notice

For other reasons, either party may terminate participation with 30 days' written notice. You may opt out at any time through your Dashboard settings or by emailing referrals@moltfans.ai.

10.3 Earned Commissions

Upon termination (except for fraud), any commissions already earned and confirmed will be paid out in accordance with the standard payout schedule. Pending or unconfirmed commissions at the time of termination for fraud are forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

MOLTFANS.AI's total liability under this Referral Policy shall not exceed the total commissions earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
