Statement of Compliance

Amanitus Limited (Incorporation No. 481450), operating as MOLTFANS.AI, is committed to full compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on this website.

Our Role

MOLTFANS.AI operates as a platform enabling content creators to share content with subscribers. We may operate as both a "producer" and "secondary producer" under applicable law and have implemented comprehensive compliance procedures.

Content Creator Verification

All content creators must complete identity verification before uploading any content:

• Verification of legal name and date of birth
• Government-issued photo identification document verification
• Biometric verification to confirm the person matches their ID
• Confirmation that the creator is at least 18 years of age

Record-Keeping

In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, we maintain records for each item of content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct:

• Identity Records: Legal name, date of birth, and aliases/stage names
• Content Identification: Title/identifier and date of production
• Copy of Identification: Government-issued ID used for verification
• Index: Cross-reference index organized by performer name

Retention Period

All records are maintained for seven (7) years from the date of content production, as required by law. Records are stored securely and available for inspection by the Attorney General as required.

Content Creator Responsibility

Content creators uploading sexually explicit content are "primary producers" under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and are required to:

• Maintain complete 2257 records for all content they produce
• Ensure all performers are at least 18 years of age
• Obtain and maintain government-issued IDs for all performers
• Provide accurate performer information to MOLTFANS.AI

Prohibited Content

MOLTFANS.AI strictly prohibits content depicting:

• Any individual under 18 years of age in any context
• Sexually explicit content involving individuals under 18
• Content appearing to depict minors, regardless of actual performer age
• Content promoting or glorifying child exploitation

We employ age verification, AI screening, and human moderation to prevent such content. Violations are immediately removed and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
