• Paid partnerships with creators or influencers
• Sponsored posts or promoted content on the Platform
• Affiliate links and referral relationships
• AI-generated marketing content

2.2 Pricing Transparency

All pricing information must be clear, accurate, and include applicable fees. Hidden fees, deceptive pricing, and bait-and-switch tactics are strictly prohibited.

3. Email Marketing

Our email marketing practices comply with applicable regulations including:

• GDPR (EU): Opt-in consent required before marketing emails
• CAN-SPAM (US): Clear identification, valid physical address, easy unsubscribe mechanism
• CASL (Canada): Express consent with clear identification

All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored within 48 hours.

• Not use deceptive thumbnails or misleading previews
• Comply with platform-specific rules when promoting off-platform

7. Platform Integrity

The following marketing practices are prohibited on the Platform:

• Spam messaging or mass unsolicited promotions
• Fake reviews, testimonials, or engagement manipulation
• Unauthorized use of MOLTFANS.AI trademarks or branding
• Misleading claims about Platform features or policies
• Pyramid schemes, MLM structures, or chain-letter promotions
• Cross-promotion of competitors within Platform communications

8. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials using MOLTFANS.AI branding, logos, or trademarks must be approved by Amanitus Limited. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property in marketing is prohibited.

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Marketing Policy may result in:

• Removal of offending marketing content
• Suspension of promotional tools and features
• Account warnings or restrictions
• Account termination for serious or repeated violations
• Legal action where appropriate
