Advertising & Promotion Policy

This Advertising & Promotion Policy ("Advertising Policy") sets out the rules and requirements for advertising, sponsored content, and promotional activities by Creators on MOLTFANS.AI, operated by Amanitus Limited (Incorporation No. 481450), with its registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou & Agias Fylaxeos, 182 KOFTEROS BUSINESS CENTRE, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 201, 3083 Limassol, Cyprus. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Creator Terms of Service.

1. Profile Promotion

1.1 Boosted Profiles

MOLTFANS.AI offers a profile boosting feature that increases the visibility of your Creator profile in search results, discovery feeds, and recommendation sections. Boosted profiles are clearly labeled to distinguish them from organic results.

1.2 Featured Placement

Creators may apply for or purchase featured placement on the Platform's homepage, category pages, and curated collections. Featured placement availability and pricing are determined by the Platform and may vary based on demand, category, and seasonality.

1.3 Pricing and Billing

Promotion pricing is listed in your Creator Dashboard under the Promotions section. All promotional purchases are non-refundable unless the promotion fails to deliver due to a Platform error. Promotional fees are separate from and not deducted from your Creator earnings.

2. Advertising Standards

All advertising and promotional content on MOLTFANS.AI must meet the following standards:

• Truthful and Accurate: Advertising must be truthful, not misleading, and substantiated. Claims about your content, earnings, or services must be verifiable and honest.
• Not Deceptive: Advertising must not use deceptive practices such as bait-and-switch, hidden fees, or misleading previews that do not accurately represent the content being promoted.
• Age-Appropriate Placement: All advertising must be placed in contexts appropriate for the target audience. Adult-oriented promotions must not appear in non-adult sections of the Platform or target users who have not opted in to adult content.
• Legal Compliance: All advertising must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it is displayed, including consumer protection, truth-in-advertising, and data privacy laws.

3. Sponsored Content Requirements

3.1 Disclosure Obligation

If you receive compensation (monetary or otherwise) from a third party in exchange for creating or promoting content on MOLTFANS.AI, you must clearly disclose the sponsored nature of the content using one of the following methods:

• Include #ad or #sponsored in the content caption or description.
• Use the Platform's built-in "Paid Partnership" label (when available).
• Include a clear written statement such as "This content is sponsored by [Brand Name]" at the beginning of the post or message.

3.2 Disclosure Placement

Disclosures must be prominent and unambiguous. They must be placed where they are clearly visible before a user engages with the content (e.g., at the beginning of a caption, not buried at the end or hidden among hashtags). Disclosures must be in the same language as the content.

3.3 Third-Party Products and Services

When promoting third-party products or services, you are responsible for ensuring that the products and services are legal, that your claims are accurate, and that you have authorization to make such promotions.

4. Prohibited Advertising

The following types of advertising are strictly prohibited on MOLTFANS.AI:

• False or Misleading Claims: Advertising that contains false statements, unsubstantiated claims, or deliberately misleading information about your content, earnings, or any product or service.
• Competitor Disparagement: Advertising that unfairly disparages, defames, or makes false claims about competing platforms, creators, or businesses.
• Illegal Products or Services: Advertising or promoting illegal products, services, or activities, including but not limited to illegal drugs, unlicensed firearms, counterfeit goods, or illegal gambling.
• Targeting Minors: Any advertising that is directed at, targets, or appeals primarily to individuals under 18 years of age. This includes using imagery, language, or placement strategies designed to attract minors.
• Deceptive Native Advertising: Content that mimics editorial or organic content without proper disclosure of its commercial nature.
• Prohibited Categories: Advertising for tobacco, weapons, multi-level marketing schemes, unregulated financial instruments, or prescription pharmaceuticals without proper authorization.

5. Platform Promotion Tools

5.1 Boost Feature

The Boost feature allows Creators to increase the reach of individual posts or their profile for a specified duration. Boosted content is distributed to a wider audience within the Platform and is labeled as "Promoted."

5.2 Discovery Placement

Creators may opt in to Discovery Placement, which features their profile in the Platform's explore and recommendation sections. Placement algorithms consider factors including content quality, engagement rate, and promotional budget.

5.3 Notification Campaigns

Creators may send promotional notifications to their existing subscribers (subject to subscriber opt-in preferences). Notification campaigns must comply with these guidelines:

• Maximum of 2 promotional notifications per week per Creator
• Clear subject line that accurately describes the content
• Easy opt-out mechanism for subscribers
• No misleading urgency or false scarcity claims

6. Off-Platform Promotion

6.1 Permitted Promotion

Creators are permitted and encouraged to promote their MOLTFANS.AI profile on external platforms (social media, websites, blogs, etc.), subject to the following requirements:

• External promotions must link directly to your MOLTFANS.AI profile or content using the Platform's official domain (moltfans.ai).
• You must not use misleading URLs, URL cloaking, or redirect chains that obscure the destination.
• External promotions must comply with the advertising policies of the external platform where they are posted.

6.2 Restrictions

When promoting off-platform, you must not misrepresent the nature of your content, make false promises about what subscribers will receive, or use deceptive tactics to drive traffic.

7. Influencer Partnerships

7.1 FTC Compliance

All influencer partnerships and brand collaborations involving MOLTFANS.AI content must comply with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes clear disclosure of material connections between endorsers and brands.

7.2 Written Agreements

Brand partnerships and influencer deals should be documented in written agreements that specify compensation terms, content requirements, disclosure obligations, and intellectual property rights. MOLTFANS.AI is not a party to these agreements and assumes no liability for disputes between Creators and brand partners.

8. Data Use in Advertising

8.1 Subscriber Data Protection

Creators must not misuse subscriber data obtained through the Platform for advertising purposes. This includes:

• You must not export, sell, or share subscriber personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• You must not use subscriber data to target individuals outside the Platform without their explicit consent.
• Any data-driven advertising must comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).

8.2 Privacy-Compliant Targeting

When using Platform promotion tools, targeting is performed by MOLTFANS.AI using aggregated and anonymized data. Creators do not have direct access to individual subscriber data for targeting purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 MOLTFANS.AI Branding

You must not use MOLTFANS.AI trademarks, logos, brand assets, or other intellectual property in your advertising or promotional materials without prior written approval from the Company. To request brand asset usage authorization, email brand@moltfans.ai.

9.2 Approved Usage

If you receive written approval to use MOLTFANS.AI branding, you must use the brand assets exactly as provided and in accordance with any brand guidelines supplied. Modification of brand assets without authorization is prohibited.

10. Enforcement

Violations of this Advertising Policy will be addressed using the following graduated enforcement actions:

• First Violation — Warning: A written warning identifying the violation and required corrective action.
• Second Violation — Ad Removal: Removal of the offending advertising or promotional content, plus a formal warning.
• Third Violation — Account Restriction: Temporary restriction of promotional tools and features, including suspension from the Boost and Discovery Placement programs.
• Repeated Violations — Termination: Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination in accordance with our Creator Terms of Service.

Severe violations (such as targeting minors or advertising illegal products) may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Advertising Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and Platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation in advertising or promotional activities after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
